Lesli Collins is entering her 17^th season with the Lady Pirates women’s basketball team in 2023-24.  With the Lady Pirates, Collins mentors the post players and assists with scouting, recruiting and academics.  

In Collins time at NCMC, the Lady Pirates have either won or been runner-up for Region XVI eight times and has been to the national tournament on three seperate occasions.

Collins played for NCMC from 2001-2003, and during that time her team was Region XVI runner-up in 2001-2002 and won the Region Championship in 2002-2003.

After NCMC, Collins attended Missouri Western State University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Sport’s Management in 2005.  Collins received her Master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University in 2013.

Coach Collins is married to Justin Collins and has one son, Jayven.
