The Lady Pirates evened their season record on Wednesday with a 101-90 victory over Southwestern Community College. The road win avenged an earlier loss NCMC took to the Spartans at the Ketcham Community Center. The Lady Pirates (4-4) will next take on 9th ranked Kansas City Kansas Community College Tuesday in a home tilt.
Points were a plenty for the Lady Pirates who topped the century mark for the first time on the season. The scoring attack was balanced with six players in double figures. Leading that charge was Da'Briauna Bables off the bench with 18 points. She also pulled down 11 rebounds for her second straight double-double.
