The NCMC Lady Pirates took a difficult road defeat on Saturday at #13 North Arkansas College 83-56. The loss was the second against fellow ranked opponents over the last two weeks. With the loss, the Lady Pirates now sit with a record of 16-5 before hosting Graceland University JV on February 1st.
"We struggled on both ends of the floor. We never could get into an offensive flow, and on the defensive end we didn't get the stops we needed," commented Coach Croy after the loss. Scoring in double figures for the Pirates were Sarah Lamp (14 pts) and Maddie Book (10 pts).
