The Lady Pirates put together a dominating victory against William Penn University JV Monday night. With a final score of 88-60, the team has pushed their winning streak to 6 games. The coaching staff was pleased with the overall team effort. "We had everyone contribute with excellent energy," remarked Coach Croy.
The stat sheet was full for the Lady Pirates. Kendey Eaton totaled 18 points to lead the way. Sarah Lamp, 16 points and 10 rebounds, and Dasia Young, 11 points and 12 rebounds, each had a double-double. Madison Gonseth and Kelly Warford rounded out the scorers in double figures with 13 and 11 points respectively.
The team is back in action on Wednesday, November 30th at Kansas City Kansas Community College. The tipoff is set for 5:30pm. In the earlier home meeting this year with KCKCC, the Lady Pirates knocked off the then #10 ranked Blue Devils 79-63.
