Coach Richman enters his 5th season as head coach for the Lady Pirates softball team. His overall record leading the softball program at NCMC is 101-61.  His other softball coaching experience includes Trenton High School were he led the Bulldogs to 2 district championships and a runner up finish in the 2009 state tournament.

Before coaching softball for the Lady Pirates, Richman led the NCMC Men's Basketball program for 16 years.  He finished with an overall record of 260-213. 

Prior to coaching at NCMC, Coach Richman played four years of basketball for Graceland University. He enters his 30th year of teaching and coaching, first at the high school level and then in college.

Coach Richman is married to Carrie and has two daughters, Whitley and Taylor.
