Sara Van Dyke enters the 2025-26 season as the Head Softball Coach at North Central Missouri College, marking her 5th year leading the Pirates program after spending three seasons as an assistant coach. During her tenure, she has compiled a career record of 114-104, guiding the team with a commitment to competitiveness, player development, and academic achievement.

A native of Meadville, Missouri, VanDyke played high school softball at Meadville High School before continuing her playing career at Metropolitan Community College–Maple Woods in Kansas City, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. She later completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University–Kansas City.

VanDyke’s leadership emphasizes team culture, accountability, and growth on and off the field, helping elevate the Pirates softball program both regionally and nationally.
