Pirates Softball Pushes Winning Streak To 11 Games, Sweeps Nationally Ranked Crowder

Pirates softball has continued a hot streak of wins in recent days by defeating Southeast CC 8-0 & 9-0 on sophomore day Saturday, by dismantling Graceland JV 9-2 & 12-2 on Sunday plus capping it off with 1-0 and 7-3 victories over NJCAA DII 20th ranked Crowder College on Tuesday.  The wins push the team's winning streak to 11 games and moves their overall record to 17-15.  Next up will be a road double header with region foe State Fair CC on Friday, April 15th.

 

To this point in the season, the Pirates are carrying a team batting average of .312 including 13 home runs.  The Pirates pitching core has an ERA of 3.97 with 188 strike outs over 171 innings pitched.  Here is a list of individual team leaders.
