The NCMC Lady Pirates are the 5^th seed in the NJCAA Region XVI Softball Tournament which will be held May 3-5 at the Urban Youth Academy in Kansas City, MO.  Metropolitan Community College is the host school for the event.

The Lady Pirates open play on Friday when they take on 4^th seeded State Fair Community College.  First pitch is set for 9:00am.  In the regular season, the Lady Pirates split their four meetings with the Roadrunners.  The winner of the matchup will play 1^st seeded Crowder College on Friday at noon.
