Fredrik Hersley from Lomma, Sweden has committed to Pirates Golf for the 2019-2020 season.  With a handful of international competitions under his belt, he is sure to make an immediate impact on the team's roster.

"Fredrik has played a lot of golf on big stages; I'm expecting him to play solid right away.  When he gets here in the fall, he will not have to worry about learning how to travel, how to prepare for events, etc… He'll be able to spend a lot of time on the course and hopefully get on the leaderboards right away," commented NCMC Head Coach Craig Sager.

"Fredrik has a game that will travel well.  He is a player with a very repeatable swing motion.  Players that can grip the club and swing it the same way every time have a huge advantage in tournament play.  He's got lofty goals and I'm excited to know that I'm going to become a small piece of his future success," Sager added.

Hersley currently plays off a three handicap out of Barsebäck Golf & Country Club.
