North Central Missouri College men's basketball is happy to announce the signing of Damien Loyd, a 5'11" guard from Kirkwood High School in Kirkwood, MO.  He averaged 20.7 points and 3.4 assists per game as a senior and totaled 1,277 career points.  He was named to the First Team Class 5 Missouri All-State Team in 2018 and garnered Norm Stewart Classic MVP honors.  Damien was a two-time First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District selection as a prep player plus selected to five All-Tournament Teams.

"We are excited to sign Damien for next year and have him as our first commitment to our 2019-2020 recruiting class.  Damien brings a nice quickness and scoring aspect to our guard positions which is something that we identified as one of our main priorities to address for next season as we lost some really good sophomore guards," commented Head Coach Jeremy Esry.
