NCMC Esports Rocket League team scored a victory Sunday over East Coast Polytechnic Institute JV via forfeit. 

"Our opponent had personnel issues and couldn't field a full team, so they had to forfeit" said eSports Coordinator Cory Cooksey.  Team captain Mario Castaneda added, "We will take the win, but the team was really looking forward to competing on the field."  With the win, the Pirates Rocket League team is now 2-5 on the season and will be back in action Thursday night at 7pm.
