Pirates baseball had a nice turnout for the 2022 Alumni Game held on Saturday at Burleigh Grimes Field.  In attendance for the alumni were former head coach Bob Shields, current assistant coach and former player Jared Fry plus former players Mike Arbuckle, Connor Quick, Cash Miller, Trae Brownell, Brandon Whitehead, Pharon Pilgrim, TC East, Kohl Weber and Jackson Boenker.

The current Pirates played well in the exhibition winning the game 23-1.  Bailey Quint homered plus added a triple in the victory.  He totaled 5 RBIs and 2 runs scored.  Kendall Rivero also had a nice day at the plate going 2-3 on a pair of doubles plus drove in 2.

Pirates pitching threw the ball well, limiting the alumni to a single run on 2 hits.
