Pirates Baseball split with Central Methodist University on Tuesday.  The Pirates earned a 7-5 victory in game one before dropping the second half of the doubleheader 3-0.  The Pirates fall record now sits at 5-6-3.

The opener saw the Pirates jump on top early and never look back.  Strong performances were had by many hitters and pitchers.  Of note, Logan Eickhoff hit his first home run of the fall, an inside the park variety.

Game two saw the Pirates' bats go ice cold.  The team was only able to put together two total hits in the loss.

The next action for NCMC will be a road contest against the Kansas City Royals Urban Youth Academy team on Wednesday.
