The home opening series for the NCMC Pirates baseball team, originally set to begin Saturday, March 10th, has been pushed up to Friday, March 9th do to probable weather issues later in the weekend.  The Pirates will take on Region 16 foe Three Rivers Community College in doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday with each first pitch set for noon at Burleigh Grimes field.
