On September 30th, NCMC Athletics hosted a fantastic "Meet the Pirates" night that brought our community together in support of the 2024-25 student athletes.

The energy in the gym was electric as fans eagerly anticipated the upcoming basketball seasons, and the teams did not disappoint. Both squads looked incredibly sharp during their short scrimmages, giving us a sneak peek into what promises to be an exciting year for NCMC basketball.

Fans were also introduced to players from baseball, softball, men's and women's golf and Esports.  The NCMC Dance Wave performed for the first time under new head coach Stephanie Hickman.

There were fun-filled interactive games and contests a few lucky fans got to participate in.  The youth in attendance especially liked the interaction they received from the NCMC players and coaches.

NCMC Athletics, in partnership with the NCMC Foundation, introduced a new fundraising initiative geared towards the purchase of a state-of-the-art digital display, measuring an impressive 18ft x 11ft, which will significantly enhance game day excitement.  It will offer high-definition graphics and dynamic content capabilities. In addition to benefiting our athletes and fans, this new board will serve as an outstanding marketing platform for businesses, providing unparalleled advertising opportunities to a wide audience.  Donations towards this project can be made HERE.
