The Lady Pirates got their fall golf season underway over the weekend at the Klocke Family Classic at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in Marion, IA. After day one, NCMC sat in 7th place in the nine-team field but faltered on the second day to place 9th. The Lady Pirates final score of 784 was 125 strokes behind the winner and host, Mount Mercy University.

Individually, sophomore Carson Hall paced the Lady Pirates shooting +44 which was good for a T25th finish in the 50 player field. The rest of the Pirates finished as follows: 32nd Jessica Sheil (+52), T35th Gretchen Tharp (+54), 43rd Brooke Wendler (+60), and 46th Emily Bennett (+67).
