Lady Pirate's basketball notched another lopsided home win on Thursday night when they downed Graceland University JV 86-46. NCMC, the 19th ranked team in the NJCAA's latest DII poll, improved their season record to 15-4. They will put their current 5-game winning streak on the line next Tuesday when they host Park University JV, a team they defeated earlier this season 101-33.
Maci Moore continued her hot scoring streak by putting in 19 points on 8-10 shooting. She also pulled down a team high 8 rebounds for NCMC.
Off the bench, the Lady Pirates got excellent contributions from Mary Copeland (12pts) and Tori Meinecke (10pts).
