NCMC Lady Pirates basketball moved to 7-2 for the season with home wins over Mineral Area College 84-72 and Graceland JV 95-39. The MAC win avenged an earlier season loss to the Cardinals in January.
For the season, four Lady Pirates are averaging double digit scoring. Those players are led by impact bench player Maci Moore with 16.2 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game. Returning All-American Kortlyn Rounkles (13.7 ppg), Lily Osborn (13.1 ppg) and Kennadie Crowe (12.8 ppg) round out the top scorers.
Next up for NCMC is a home matchup against Fort Scott Community College. That game is Thursday, Feb. 18th with a 5:30pm tip.
