Lady Pirates basketball pushed their season record to 17-8 on Friday with a 65-42 home win over Park University JV.  With three regular season games left, NCMC has their eye on a 20-win season.  Next, they will take on Central Methodist University JV in the Ketcham Center on Tuesday.

The Lady Pirates posted solid scoring up and down their roster in victory.  Kayla Koester's 10 points off the bench led the way.  Da'Briauna Bables controlled the glass well for NCMC, pulling down 10 rebounds, 5 of which were of the offensive variety.  One area the Lady Pirates will look to clean up will be turnovers; the team committed 23 of those but were able to overcome the mistakes to notch the win.
