Lady Pirates basketball took a 17 point road win at Southeast Community College on Tuesday night.  The final score of 77-60 pushed NCMC's record to 13-6 for the year.

The Lady Pirates opened up the game on an 11-0 run and led 15-8 after the first quarter.  The game got closer at times until NCMC put it away in the fourth quarter with another 11-0 run.

Lily Osborn (19 pts) and Da'Briauna Bables (18 pts) carried the Lady Pirates offense.  The defense that NCMC put forth really sealed the victory.  The SCC Storm were held to a dismal 29.6% shooting in the contest.

Next the Lady Pirates will open NJCAA Region XVI play on Saturday when they host St. Louis Community College.
