Marissa Buckallew joined the North Central Missouri College softball coaching staff as an Assistant Coach ahead of the 2025-26 season. A former collegiate softball standout herself, Buckallew brings both playing experience and coaching passion to the Pirates program.

Buckallew played at the collegiate level for NCMC before continuing her academic and athletic career at Graceland University. Her knowledge of the game, strong recruiting ties, and commitment to player development make her a valuable asset to the coaching staff.

In her role at NCMC, Buckallew assists in all facets of the program including practice planning, game strategy, and skill development. She also plays a key role in mentoring student-athletes and helping them grow on and off the field. Her energy and dedication align well with the Pirates’ competitive goals and team culture.
