Cash Miller Signs With William Woods University

Cash Miller, a sophomore baseball player from Warsaw, MO, officially signed his letter of intent to play baseball at William Woods University next year on Thursday.  The 6'5" right-handed pitcher posted a 12.00 ERA as a freshman and looks to be an integral part of the Pirates pitching staff this spring.

William Woods Head Coach Chris Fletcher, and alumnus of the Pirates baseball program, really likes the upside he sees in Miller plus intangible traits such as work ethic, leadership, and his ability in the classroom.  Miller serves as a team representative for the Pirates plus was an Academic All-American as a freshman.

"Cash is the kind of player any coach would love to have in their program.  He will do anything to help the team succeed.  There isn't a more selfless player on our squad," commented assistant coach Ryan Suttenfield.

Join us in congratulating Cash on taking the next step in his baseball career.
