The Russ Derry Indoor Facility is used primarily by the Pirate baseball and Lady Pirate softball teams. The building holds two batting cages and has a surface that is turfed. Portable mounds and Jugs pitching machines are housed in this facility along with other workout equipment such as TRX bands, Jaeger bands, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, and a small assortment of free weights. The facility also has an ice machine for the athletes.
